What's Sparked me is aging. At the age of 62, I can't do what I used to do, can't move like I want to. Does't help that I'm 60 pounds overweight, and that it's taking a toll on my joints. Just shared emails with another Sparker who used to dance (still Zumba's). That was encouraging. I have so many active vacations I want to take, camping, hiking, climbing trails. I love the outdoors and want to be able to navigate it *better*, if not like I did when I was 30. My brother and his wife are 6 years younger and we like to vacation together. I don't want to be the one holding everyone else up! emoticon

I am so sorry I missed posting a challenge for this past week. I can't believe it's Friday & I haven't done it!!! Do any of you have any suggestions for challenges? Inbox me!!!

This morning, I was reading People Magazine, in their 'Half Their Size' issue, about this woman who lost a lot of weight. And you want to know HOW she lost it?! Whoo-hoo!!!! :) So that made me think of the challenge for this week - what is inspiring you to lose weight? What was that 'trigger' sotospeak, to jump on the bandwagon & get healthy? What made you finally say, 'Okay, enough's enough. I'm going to do this'?
