Oct goals:

* binge-free - 30 days - 100% - CLOSE on the 31st, very close
+ weigh ins with middle 2 - one! emoticon
* 2 long run = 50%; 13 miles done, but broke foot and can't do 14 miles; 8 shorter runs - can't make it due to broken foot
*strength training session = emoticon

Today's weigh-in: 130.0

I just have 3 more days to get that weigh in with a middle 2. Can I do it?

Going to the Y more ST today. Still haven't figured out a cardio workout I can do with the boot on.

+ weigh ins with middle 2 - none yet, but 130.2 today = very close
* 2 long run = 50%; 13 mile done, but broke foot and can't do 14 miles; 8 shorter runs - can't make it due to broken foot
*strength training session = 6 so far. I can still do arms and abs, so will try to make 8

* at least ONE weigh in this month with a middle 2 (129.9 or under)
* 2 long runs of 10 miles or more; 8 runs of 2-5 miles
* 8 half hour or longer strength training sessions
