Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup ground walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 1/3 cups soymilk or water
1 tablespoon light flavoured oil (i.e. canola)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large banana
chocolate chips
PB and maple syrup to serve


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl(including ground walnuts). Mix wet ingredients together. Mix wet and dry. Fold in bananas and a handful of chocolate chips. Spray a pan and place on medium heat. Let the pan warm up. Cook pancakes as normal. Spread peanut butter on top when finished cooking. Drizzle on pure maple syrup or agave syrup. Enjoy!
Makes roughly around 5-6 medium sized pancakes.
