This month's challenge is called all of 6/half of all. This is how it works:

Below is a list of exercises, you can complete the total number listed for 6 of them (of your choosing) or you can do half of the number listed for all of them...DAILY!!! Are you up to the challenge??


30 backwards crunches
30 squats
20 standing abduction
20 tricep dips with chair
20 runner's lunges (each side)
40 Wall pushups
20 each arm Bicep curls
20 each leg Knee lifts
4 minutes power walking in place(get them knees up)
4 banana's
