Thanks MRSLIVINGWELL. I'll try the potato trick. My veggies tend to stick so this will be great.

I told my kids about cutting out salt for hypertension and they just bought me a bunch of grilling stuff and the cookbook "VBQ—The Ultimate Vegan Barbecue Cookbook: Over 80 Recipes—Seared, Skewered, Smoking Hot!" saying that the added flavor of smoking and grilling will make it easier to cut back on salt.

Being a WFPB vegan one bite at a time.

I cut a raw potato in half lengthwise and rub the cut side on the grill. Then I also grill the potato halves on the grill while cooking the zucchini, squash, eggplant, peppers, etc...
