How I will meet my goal: Strength training 3Xs a week w/30 mins cardio, and running the other 3 days for 45-60 mins and Sundays are my day off no working out!!

I am not doing well on weight loss challenges either. It is very hard to lose at the moment because I can't exercise much. I am really struggling to hold my weight. I'll have my second knee replaced in May and hopefully I'll be able to walk right and exercise again.

This has been a long struggle, where I did real well the first couple of years and then slowly ended up gaining most of the weight back.

These challenges usually backfire on me and I gain weight - but I'll try another one.
