I worked late today and my hubby picked up KFC dinners. Well, I should have stayed away from the cole slaw (180 cal) and the biscuit (190 cal). I took the skin off of 1 piece though.

We haven't been to Applebees for a while but a lot of their meals really pack it in. I am also bothered by them not disclosing the nutrition info on their regular meals.

I went to Applebees last night and I had every intention of ordering off the Weight Watchers menu but since Applebees changed their menu around now you have to look through the menu to find the WW meals. Well needless to say everything looked good except what was on the WW menu. I totally blew my calories I think, because Applebees don't offer nutritional information on their foods except "where required by law' as they put it. Anyways I am completely aggrevated!! Hope everyone has a great day!!

I had to do some shopping after work and hubby decided to fix dinner for us. Well, what can I say, hes doesn't believe in eating healty and I was starving. Back to the drawing board for me.

Sabine, I am able to go on calls and into houses and up to cars of traffic stops. But if they think there's anything dangerous that could happen, then I'd stay in the car. I had to sign a big long waiver to go.

You'd think on a Sat. night it owuld have been busy- we only went on like 5 calls though. It was tons of fun anyhow. When you're driving around, there's nothing to do but snack to keep you awake. I chose salted cashews... and when I woke up this afternoon (since I was awake until 6am) I was sooooo thirsty because of all that salt, so I was easily able to get all my water in today!! (BTW- I counted those cashews as yesterdays food. lol)
I always seem to go over my calories when I eat at someone else's house! It's like a treat, so long as you don't go over there and eat eveyr night for dinner! :)

I shouldn't be making fun of you. As I was afraid of, last night's dinner at my son's house was too good and I did go over my calories. Hopefully, I'll be doing better tonight.

Ok, ok.... you'd think since I posted this I'd be a little better at it than I am!!!! Last night I did a ride-along with a cop so that ruined all of my good eating and drinking!!!

I haven't figured out today's calories yet. I spent most of today at our son's house babysitting, then I went shopping after I did some laundry, and then back to my son's house where my daughter-in-law and I fixed dinner together. The food was sooooo good, I probably went over.

Anyway, this past week paid off already. I lost about 3.5 pounds. Like I told my DIL, the last few nights I dreamed of people taking me out to dinner and me cooking for everybody, just so I can eat. That happens when you deprive yourself of some food at night because you use up most of the calories during the day. Ha ha

Okay I did really, really, really bad the last couple of days so I am going to have to start over from day one. I have been able to drink my water and post to the message boards but exercise didn't happen yesterday. Personal problems at home have left me drained and with three days off work to try and get myself together.

Yeah, I made it today!!!!

This morning when I went on my scale I weighed in 2 lbs less than yesterday morning. Go figure. I know you should not weigh yourself every day which I do almost every morning right after I get up. I only count the weight on Saturday mornings though.

Thanks, I needed that. It is still heavy in my stomach though. I should have only eaten half of it. Hubby means well, but has sabotaged my weight losing efforts many times.

When I came home from work, hubby had a huge cheeseburger waiting for me and I could not resist. I did not stay within my caloric range and will have to strt all over again, darn it.
