I think I did okay considering what has been going on. Surgery is on the Feb 5th can't wait to get it done. A lot of restrictions but I am allowed to walk as much as I want. So I am still hanging in there. Later guys.

I messed up again. Too much eating out and eating the wrong stuff.

Let's start a mini weight loss challenge each month! If you find in a couple of weeks that your month is going better than you thought or maybe it's not going as well as you planned, you can change your goal at any time. A good goal for each month is to plan a loss between 2-8 lbs (2.5-10 lbs for a 5-week month). Good luck to you all!
