Ok I am just going to post for the first 2 weeks. I am taking the weekend off!

Day 1 10 sec plank, 3 push-ups, 10 lunges on each leg

Day 2 12 sec plank, 6 push-ups, 15 squats

Day 3 15 sec plank, 10 push-ups, 10 lunges each leg

Day 4 20 sec plank, 12 push-ups, 20 squats

Day 5 25 sec plank, 15 push-ups, 15 lunges each leg

End of week 1!!

Day 6 30 sec plank, 17 push-ups, 20 squats

Day 7 38 sec plank, 20 push-ups, 15 lunges each side

Day 8 42 sec plank, 22 push ups, 25 squats

Day 9 50 sec plank, 25 push ups, 20 lunges each side

Day 10 55 sec plank, 28 push-ups, 20 lunges each side

End of week 2!

Sorry I am just now posting. If you need to use a day on the weekend to catch up then go for it! Post as many times as you can with what you did! I think we will see results...especially doing that many planks!

I would love to join in on this. I'm really motivated to get back into sculpting my body after my first gym session in about a year last night. I think doing one exercise a day isn't too large a commitment.

I think this is a thing I can 100% do! I'm already doing the Find10 challenge, so on top of that I can do jumping jacks everyday. I need to get back on the cardio wagon after I fell off super hard this spring and summer and I think that's a good way to do it. :D

That's a good idea! This challenge will have push-ups but we are starting with like 3!

Just wanted to invite you all to my "super slim down" challenge on Facebook. It is 5 days long and I give you healthy recipes and a grocery list. Let me know if you are interested. It will start 11/2.
