Hey!

Well today my mom and I reorganized 2 rooms to get ready for baby. So no workout for me...that was it! Real tired now lol.

Good morning ladies!

So this morning is day 7 of the challenge, and I am so proud of myself that I've gotten up and walked five days this week! Four of them were during the week and one was this morning. I had every intention of working out yesterday morning and then...nope. Slept in and by the time I realized how late it was, I didn't have enough time.

I know it's unrealistic to expect to see results in 7 days, but I sure wish a miracle would happen and the pounds would just fall off! But I'm going to keep at it and hopefully make exercise a habit before the summer is over.

That's really good! I am like that also..once I get going I'm fine but it's the getting going part that is the hardest.

I went golfing with Ryan after work yesterday and my mornings have not been great. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and usually wake up with a stuffy head and feeling miserable. But maybe I should get up and walk as well. My doggie Bear would love a walk in the morning. Instead of staying inside. I think I'll try that!

This morning was rough. I had ZERO desire to work out. But I promised myself that I would at least put my shoes on and walk around the block each morning. If, after the walk around the block, I still don't want to walk, I'll go back inside. I ended up walking for about 25 minutes, so that's a BIG win in my book.

And I think I'm going for a walk with a friend this afternoon as well!

good job!

I didn't exercise in the morning but I did last night! My back hurts tonight so I am taking it easy. Going to bed early and we will see if I can get up tomorrow.

Good morning ladies!

I did NOT get up on June 1st and work out - I went to a concert Sunday night and it was all I could do to actually get up for work on Monday.

But this morning I got up and went for a walk! When I told my husband what I was doing, I'm pretty sure his jaw hit the floor. It was awesome.

Let's keep track of what we do each morning here. And maybe we can reward each other with Spark goodies if we work out?

My goal is to get up five days a week and work out. I am going on vacation for five days (the 11th through the 16th), but I've already told handsome husband that I'll be going for walks in the morning while we're in the mountains.

I am going to do Monday through Friday because that is when I work. I will do something on Saturday and have Sunday off.
