Hi, Mary and JJ!! I have slacked off in my food tracking this week, which also means I am not tracking my water intake. With this heat I am drinking a lot of water and lemonade. Without tracking what I eat and drink I become sloppy with my diet, and I have noticed a few MORE pounds on the scale. Good luck to you, Mary. Keep communicating with us.

Good Morning Mary,

If you scroll down to the bottom of the team page you will see the team goals. Click on the link that says track goal. It will take you to a page for tracking your food at the top there is arrows next to a glass and it will add it automatically to the team goal. Hope this helps
