I'm in! I've never been able to do push-ups, so this will be very challenging. I did my own 50 crunch a day self-challenge back in December, but have slacked off since. So I'm glad they have the 200 crunch program. Just for good measure I'll throw in the 200 squats, too!! emoticon

That sounds daunting right...not true! Its a program that works you up to that. Its awesome, there is a logger that you can use or use facebook to keep track.

I'm just finished week two. I did 65 pushups last night in about 6 minutes!! Talk about feeling strong!!!

Check it out!
They have other challenges too - like squats, situps and pull ups - I have not tried those!!
