I belong to a Biggest Loser challenge that is now in its 12th round. I am a Captain this round and I get so much motivation from it. The teams become pretty bonded together after 12 weeks. I love it.

I am doing the same challenges as you are doing. I also am on a team that has a monthly challenge.. that can go along with other challenges. This month is walking/jogging 50 miles in February. So I track it for both my challenge and my team. It might help to have a challenge we all come to daily or weekly to update how we are doing!

In an effort to make this group more active, I'm wondering if there are certain types of SP challenges that our members like to participate in? For example, in January I did the Spark Your Body Bootcamp, and this month I'm doing the Official Healthy Heart Challenge.

If there are a lot of people in this group who like these types of challenges that provide daily exercise routines and/or weekly challenges, perhaps we can make a challenge specific to our group. Or maybe we should leave it to the SP experts. Let me know what you think, or share your ideas for group challenges!
