Okay here it is after a rough weekend
being sick and hope everyone gets a
chance to read this. A good straight
advice for our 20 day challenge.

Hope you're ready, because there alot
to do today. First order of business
is try to walk more as in avoid all
elevators,escalators take the stairs
to add more movement to to your day.

Cardio exercise, do try to do 30 min
Chose any activity you like and begin
with a good 5 min warm-up, then pace
it up get those arms, legs anything
to keep it going for 20 minutes then
cool down time at the end.

Something to do at a quiet time and
will keep the mind occupied, clean a
junk drawer out, keep and write in a
journal of how things are going.Just
anything to organize the life.

John 3:16 So God loved
the world he send his
only begotten son.

Okay girls who up to a challenges? I have going
on with a another team and sounds like a good
one to try here.

First put away the scale!
for the next 20 days your focus is on being
healthy and not worry so much about it for
the time being. It's not say you won't lose the
weight or that you shouldn't try.. however
the big focus of this challenge is on the
daily accomplishments. Taking some the time
away your weight loss goals maybe just what
you need to refocus and remember that healthy
eating and exercise can give you alot more
than a smaller number on the scale. Keep in
mind this is your challenge.. if you can't
live without the scale that's your choice
just remember this 20 day challenge is about
breaking out of the self-imposed limits so
think about that as you make your decision.

Keep a daily blog, it's here that you'll
keep track of eating habits as well as the
exercise(work-out)
Each work-out or activity, how long you did
how intense? If can how did it feel after-
ward. Did it help make you feel relaxed or
energized, good about yourself?
Please try to detail what you ate during the
day, was it healthy? you try to get in the
veggies or eat a good salad?

Enough and try to write more tomorrow and
hoping you give some thoughts to this big
challenge and hear some input back. This
sound very doable and i am going to make
it work for myself personally.
