New challenge starting to rev up the team! This will start august 5 and run thorugh the 31st. This challenge invites you to up your workout, do something different and just get moving. We are going to be counting steps/ miles/ minutes whatever you want. I want you to make a wager, guestimate of what you want to achieve. I try to shoot for 10000 steps a day but it does not always happen so make a wager what you want to do for the month of august and I want you to beat it by 10%. Now don't cheat and cut your wager down, be truthful to your self . Realize if you just exercised 10 minutes a day that is 300 month.
Make one post and you can chart it weekly or monthly. I also want you to post your weight at the beginning of the challenge, I bet we can all lose 5 lbs or more this month.
