I just tried to do her Seven day Salad Cleanse prep yesterday. Did not get even half of what I wanted done. I do have a casserole dish of roasted veggies, and a soup made for the week. The soup is portioned out into jars already. I cooked my own chickpeas for hummus instead of buying canned. I need to make the salad dressings tonight, and hopefully chop up most of the veggies so they are easier to use as the week goes on. I think it may take me all week to finish prepping, but I am also learning, so hopefully with each week it will get easier and maybe faster.
