Thank you Ellen! That gives me some hope! I looked up 'arthritis' in the books about ETL that I have but all Dr. Fuhrman mentions is rheumatioid arthritis, so far.

It took about 3 months before I really noticed. My husband was much worse and he noticed an improvement in about 3 weeks. My cholesterol dropped 50 points too. My doctor was shocked and thrilled. She'd been nagging me to start lipitor and I kept trying different diet changes, but nothing helped until I got on the Nutritarian plan. At first I got awful panic attacks, but a little supplementation with L-Tryptophan cured that. I hope it helps you .

Remember, nobody can go back to the very beginning and make a brand new start, but anyone can start here and make a brand new end.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results."

Can Eat To Live help with muscle and joint pains? Just wondering. Has anyone experienced joint and muscles complaints and / or arthritis getting better after following this program? or other types of inflammations?

If so how long did it take?
