I was always thinking after they have been cooked.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting 1 pound of raw and 1 pound of cooked perfectly just eat as much as you can (he says this in his book)

The main thing is to eat alot of veggies from the unlimited list and along with all the other food on the six week plan.

I'm hoping to start the 6 week thing in a couple weeks but I'm sort of confused on the cooked veg. I know it says we should eat a pound per day but I can't seem to figure out if that pound is weighing them as raw veg or after they've been cooked. Anyone know?
