I was just thinking about this . I have my kids- all 4 around here(back from college tomorrow and 1 visiting from out of town) and there and right now am enjoying cooking and exploring vegan cooking. Not really E2l but I do try to get a salad in. My big plan is to make sure to get veggies and fruit in every day and have fun learning and cooking for family. When 2016 comes though I want to go back to the 6 week challenge. I am also going to buy Janice Stranger's book:
perfectformuladiet.com/plant-based-n
ut
rition/science-based-nutrition-and-hR>ealth/

Although it does seem the same as the Eat to live book I think it would be good to have them both. And honestly I think after cooking all these elaborate "cheezes" and unmeats taht E2L will be easier! Simpler anyway.
Having said that vegan and mostly whole food plant based is still causing weight loss- just very slowly right now...

We don't have such a long holiday season as you do, I think. We just have a celebration on Dec. 5th. Then 2 days of Christmas and New Year's Eve.
But the stores of course are filled to the brim with 'holiday foods and treats'.

I just go grocery shopping twice a week with a LIST and buy what's on the list. So far I'm doing well but I want to prepare myself for those three days of celebrations ahead and come up with some sort of plan / intention.
