I have to adjust to a new diet. I just got an intolerance test back so no turkey, chickpeas, corn, apple or tomato products, red, rose or white wine, bbq sauce, shrimp, lobster and vanilla. I already don't eat wheat, dairy, soy, rice, potatoes, eggs, or pork so this just adds another challenging level to find interesting things with what I can eat.
I am also getting used to a new gym, trainer and exercise equipment.
Hopefully, all of this will lead to continued weight and inches loss. May will mark my third year of this journey and I'd like to be at or near goal weight, although I will have to track and watch what I eat for the rest of my life.

I am recovering from serious arm surgery and doing ongoing therapy (both with a therapist and at home) and need to keep up the exericses
