Maybe 7ish hours? Lots of minor interruptions throughout though, so probably less than I think.

I'm in bed 7 hrs. when boys go to school and 8 to 9 on weekends/holidays but as I wake up and have go to bathroom usually twice during the night, not sure how much real sleep I get.

I've definitely been good about getting myself "in the bed" for at least 8 hours and usually more. I still struggle sometimes with being able to fall asleep, but now that I'm exercising regularly, I know that will change soon.
