iF you have trouble sleeping see if you can find the Gypsy brand Red Lavender Tea.

I can't find it anywhere but i will tell you that i am knocked out by it within a half hour after drinking it .

and it tastes and smells great. I used to buy it at Wild Oats or Whole Foods and have made special trips up there to get it but they're always out.

I have never tried cinnamon in my tea, but .... emoticon ...I put a few pinches of cinnamon in my coffee ground before I make my coffee..... It doesn't change the flavor-----just gives your coffee a wonderful aroma when you drink it.......

......Don't fight change! Change is a wondrous, fun new way to look and live. ........It's exciting and invigorating!

Our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I know we (here in the states) think of cinnamon as a 'spice' and not an 'herb' but the Chinese have always used it as an herb and it's sooo good for us as a tea too! emoticon Even using a cinnamon stick to stir your other teas... like a swizzle stick, hehe!!

Someone brought into my shop a dried up piece of twig she said it was something new, chocolate mint. I'll have to see if I can get some more, at least to start a new plant. tina

I've had pine needle tea!! It's not bad with honey. Today, I made black tea with oranges in my new Sun Tea jar. I wanted a glass jar but... couldn't find one, so... it's plastic. I've got plenty of spearmint and peppermint planted for teas... ooh, and I found a site where you can buy chocolate mint!

Actually, it's used for desserts but... what about an after-dinner-mint tea?

What are your favorite teas? I love chamomile for calming and to sooth a sore throat. I like mint tea just because it is so refreshing. I like pine, yes pine to prevent scurvy. lol share what you have tried and what you think about it. Tina emoticon
