WOIW, I weighed in yesterday at 166 which means I totally lost my 4 pounds this month as I wanted. I'm here kicking myself in the butt for still not having a successful month. In turn I had a great month compaired to June & July. WooHoo!

WTG, with having a great July and best wishes with another good month. WZ0's here you come! I have been on 3 vacations this summer, which has made it very difficult for me. I have just come back from my last vacation, so this month I have no excuses. I started this month at 170 and last Friday I saw 167. So I am making progress already, but I just need to keep it going.

I've been sort of hit and miss around here lately but I made my July goal of 184 so I'm going to aim to get into the 170s before September. I have the major challenge of our family vacation next week but we're going to a lot of places that will involve walking most of the day and our hotel has a pool. So here goes....

Thanks Dee! Okay- 187.4 was the scale this morning - I was within 15 lbs of my goal about a year ago and now I'm almost back to 190! I've put on about 25lbs that I tried soooo hard to get rid of. Okay- enough belly-aching (as my Dad calls it). My plan is 183 for the end of July and 179 (again!) for the end of August. Cheers to us (with water! teehee)

Shaz, I could totally relate to telling myself the same thing each month. I'm sooo tired of being over weight, but you wouldn't think that some times the way that I eat. I just love food too much and I've just come off of vacation and have just eaten way too much. I'm still trying to get myself refocused and back on my plan. I need to make progress this month! I've been out of the loop lately - my life has gotten sooooo busy that I've put myself at the back of the list - actually, I crossed myself off the list. My weight has ballooned as a result. Every month I say this but I'm going to DO it this month although I know of some obstacles that I'll need to PLAN FOR. I don't know a starting weight but I'll update this tomorrow.

April start weight - April 1 - 180.4

April 8- 182.4 - this is what has been happening for the last 3 months - I'm trying not to get discouraged. I've been in the 180 - 183ish range - just wiggling around in there and not blowing past. I'm super busy and stressed out right now and not getting in the workouts I should. I think that's the missing piece. I need more hours in the day. I can't really cut back any more sleep to fit in workouts. I've just got to squeeze it in when I can.
