Such bad weather today!! My goal today was just to breathe and not be so hard on myself. I'm having trouble getting energy to do ANYTHING at all, or even care, for that matter, after that virus I had. So tonight I just relaxed and gave myself permission to not stress about it.

My goal will be to keep up my walking even though it is stormy out. Hmmm, maybe I should go to the mall at lunch time & get in some steps.

My daily goal is to work the program and not let it work me. I'm having trouble in the same ole area...........mindless eating. So today my goal is to follow the plan and not let it follow me.
