Drink your water! emoticon

It is recommended that you drink half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water for weight loss. That amount will look different for each of us. For me, I need 10 cups of water.

What are some ways that we can get our water in? >>>>> emoticon

Drink a cup upon waking up before that cup of coffee!

Switch out your daily sodas for water.

For every soda you allow yourself, drink 2 cups of water. 1 before and 1 after!

Drink a cup of water before every meal and a cup of water 30 minutes after each meal.

Keep a Yeti cup full of ice water. Take it everywhere you go. (work, car, store, doctor' office, etc)

Add lemon, orange slices, cucumbers etc to your water bottle.

Buy a small cooler and keep water bottles in your car.

Before reaching for dessert, drink a cup of water first
