We walked at the zoo all day...7 hours. Got in tons of exercise and am sore...feet, knee, back...ouch! I think Sunday is my day off rest!!

Did my weights circuit today. I was able to hold my plank for 30 seconds, TWICE!!! Last week I could only hold for 10 seconds so go me!

I actually went to the gym Sunday morning and yesterday morning. First time exercising since hurting my back in the car accident last fall. So I'm taking it easy and trying to figure out what things I can do.

Sunday - 20 min (including 10 min rowing)
Tuesday - 20 (including 16 min rowing)

Just did some light weights and stretching after rowing. I meet with a trainer next Monday evening to get me set up on a good routine for me.

Taking care of mom and still working to get your steps... Worth It! emoticon

I did a 10 minute seat cardio workout before work. Then did 20 minutes upper body strength training after work. I got 10,000 steps today.

Working on getting my steps in. Didn't get to the gym...took my mom to the doc to get shots in her knees and it ran long. Some days are like that!

Oh my gosh, I looked up tabata workouts. You are strong if you can do that. emoticon

I danced for 40 minutes and did a 20 minute seated strength training workout. I broke it into two different times.

Took a day off from exercising. I didn't even wear my Fitbit.

I focused on laundry, grocery shopping, and cooking extra meals. I will dance to at least one song before going to bed.
