The challenge I propose for September is doing at least one Coach Nicole Cardio video a week, such as:

# 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout emoticon
# 10-Minute Jump Rope Cardio Workout emoticon
# 10-Minute Jump Start Cardio Workout emoticon



OR one strength training Work Out video a week, such as:

# 5-Minute Booty Workout with Ball emoticon
# 6-Minute Butt Blasting Workout emoticon
# 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout emoticon

SO.... C'MON! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
