That's exactly what I think. Anything is better than just sitting. I walk at 3.5 mph for a 30 minute show. Gives me an extra mile and goes by really fast.

Love walking in the afternoon. I watch tv while walking too. I am going to watch anyway, might as well get a walk in too. How fast are you walking?

I have started getting two in myself. I got a second treadmill so now I have one in the house and one in the garage. I have started walking in the afternoons while I watch Family Feud in addition to my morning workout.

I set a goal of doing 5 minutes on the elliptical. I don't like the elliptical. But I did it and I met the 5 minutes and did another 5 minutes! i am so proud of myself!

Used every opportunity today during all day conference to get up and walk....and, since I didn't manage more than 10 minutes at any one time--got on the treadmill when I got home. I also packed my own snacks so I wouldn't overeat at lunch or not have good choices.

I avoided all temptation today. I was working at a bridal show today and when I was walking around all these vendors were offering me candy and cake and really good food, and I didn't have any! I stuck to my meal plan and avoided temptation!!!

I am having ankle surgery on ten days. Since I won't be able to walk, I knew I had to chose an alternative activity. O decided to do 30-45 minutes on my pedal exerciser. I am following through with my selection, and can't wait to see what my arms look like in a few months.

I brought a filling and healthy breakfast to work (3 times this week) - I pack one oatmeal package, add a scoop of protein powder. Plus 1/2 cup blueberries, and 1/2 raspberries. When I get to work I just add hot water, stir and enjoy. Very filling and satisfying too!
