This will be my 1st week (Burn Circuit) with doing all the workouts as assigned. Tonight is Ab Burner the one that does the lifting & cardio (the killer I call it). LOL

That's great VALKYR8!! How heavy did you start and how heavy are you lifting now?

I'm only in the second week of Burn Phase, but I'm really enjoying it (which honestly surprises me). I'm definitely a beginner, but I'm already a little bit stronger than last week.

My husband has made a few comments to me that make me think he may start to join me soon. He has never been overweight and he's on the slight side. My son made a comment about my dh having small arms for a man. LOL! Kids are so honest and sometimes that what you need for motivation!

I started CE 5/1/14 and I'm currently (6/9/14) in my second week of the Push circuit. Lifting heavy feels great! Love this program!

This is my third time. I just finished the Burn Circuit today.

Wherever you start, you are gonna get SO much stronger you'll hardly recognize yourself when you look back.

How many times have you done the program? I'm hoping to see a big improvement in my strength and definition because right now I have little of either. emoticon

I used dumbbells the first time I did CLX, too, and they worked BETTER than "fine," lol.

Hi ladies! I just started today with Burn Circuit 1. I'm committed to doing the strength part of CLX although I may do other things for cardio and flexibility. Strength training is the hardest thing for me so I really want to stick to this program.

I'm also working on cleaning up my diet. I've been sugar-free (meaning white sugar and corn syrup free) for 3 over weeks now. I have been avoiding anything that is clearly sugary, but I haven't been checking labels. I may start doing that soon. I am currently working on cutting down on processed foods and sticking to more real food too.

I'm just using dumbells for resistance right now although I plan to use resistance bands when traveling this summer. When I get stronger, I may invest in select tech or other similar type weights. But for now, my dumbells are fine.

Hey all! I've taking a hiatus from sparkpeople, beachbody workouts and my body is definitely showing it (yikes). I have completed my first week of Chalean Xtreme last week and was wondering if anyone is in about the same place as me.... for motivational purposes? I also just got Turbo Fire and I plan on incorporating some of those workouts into the base of Chalean Xtreme... basically just adding in cardio on lift days.
