Hi, Alyssashively,

I am currently only taking Vitamin E, CoQ10, Vitamin D and an herbal support for my thyroid called Thyroid PX. I am currently being treated by a Naturopath though.

You might want to try something with Turmeric in it for pain, or Bromelain. Sometimes they have them together. Bromelain comes from pineapples, but you would have to eat a lot of pineapples!

I have never tried yoga for pain relief. I have tried meditation, it didn't help much. But, I'll give the yoga a shot. Thanks. And thanks for the acupressure link. I love acupressure. What is the royal jelly and maca for?

Hi! I'm taking a preconception multivitamin, high dose omega 3 pills (have taken those for a long time now, even before TTC) and royal jelly. Still looking for maca pills, tried the powder in smoothies some time ago, but I really really don't like the taste.

I'm also having acupuncture about once a month.

Have you tried yoga/meditation for pain relief? Found this online: yogainternational.com/articl

I am wondering what supplements and vitamins y'all take to TTC. I am preparing to take Rainbow Light Prenatal One, Vitex, and maybe Inositol (I have PCOS). Anything else you find helpful?

Also, I'm going to be discussing with all of my doctors and specialists the very real possibility of weaning off of all my meds, aside from Synthroid. So, I'm looking for natural, TTC and pregnancy-friendly alternatives.

Currently taking:
Prilosec
Vistaril
Pristiq (which is treating my IBS in addition to my depression)
Latuda (may stay on this one, as it's category B)
Gabapentin (for migraine prevention)
Promethazine (which I'm not needing right now, but will likely need an alternative for morning sickness)

Lastly, I suffer from chronic pain, and I'm looking for safe pain relief options, if anyone has any suggestions.
