I would say you have to do what you are comfortable with. I don't think there is any harm in TTC while also trying to lose weight, once you know you are pregnant just make sure you are no longer restricting calories, move into maintenance mode. We started TTC as I continued to work towards my health and fitness goals, the healthier you are the better your chances will be! Good luck!!!

I've been steadily loosing weight since March 1st when I was 242lbs. I'm 5'6" and 32 years old. I've lost 30lbs and am down to 211lbs. My short goal is 200lbs and final goal is 185lbs. However, we want to start TTC in October / November.

I'm trying to decide if I should stop at 200lbs and maintain that for awhile or continue to loose weight all the way till October / November. Any suggestions or past experience?
