That is also a goal of mine! Not to eat after 7pm (which I have usually just had dinner). I don't normally eat after supper but really want to make sure I don't eat after 7pm so there is still plenty time to digest before bed.

My goal is to not eat after dinner. I have a bad habit of going back to the kitchen after dinner for something else, even if I'm not hungry.

My goal this week is to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise every day and to take advantage of opportunities to do more than 10 minutes. There is a free zumba class at a local gym tonight that I plan on attending.

I'm also trying to track my food at least 6 days out of the week.

Great goals ladies! You can definitely do the 10 min a day whether it's just a little walk or lifting some weights.

I have started a number of goals for TTC. I have been following through with those goals, so my next big obstacle is getting enough exercise in. Ideally I'd like to exercise at least 30 min per day. My goal for this week is going to be going back to Spark People Basics.... doing a minimum of 10 min per day. Just to get myself back on track!

My new weekly goal is to exercise less (45 mins. instead of 1 hr). Edit: Well, that only lasted a few days... pretty sure I need more than that to maintain.

Would it help everyone to have a place where they can share their goals with the board? Sometimes it can help us when we can put those goals out there to help us be more accountable. Feel free to use this space for your benefit!

My weekly goal is to try to drink 8 cups of water a day (really hard for me!)
