I chose fruit instead of french fries at lunch today. Saved myself almost 400 calories and lots of fat and sodium.

Well normally it is 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 C frozen blueberries, a banana, 1 TBsp chia seeds, one TBsp of almond butter, a scoop and a half of chocolate protein powder that we use, and sometimes add strawberries. That makes two smoothies. Super good!

Sounds delicious, QTLADY. My husband and I make smoothies a lot, but I'm not a huge fan of our current recipe. What do you put in yours?

Made a grocery list/meal plan for the whole week. My husband and I cook all the time. But with just two of us, we are working hard to only make one trip to the store a week and to cut down on how much food we throw away. Setting a time on Sundays to meal plan and shop has been a huge help!

I took my vitamins and logged into Sparkpeople for the first time in a few days. I also did not pack the 4 donuts that were left at the house. Sometimes my health is about what I don't eat versus what I do.

I got up early (5:30am!) to run this morning. I always feel so much better when I get it out of the way, but it is SO HARD to get out of bed!! Especially when it's so cold outside!

I did a 10 minute ab workout in my office during my lunch break :)
