1) This year I will burn at least 140,000 (40*3500) in exercise calories over the whole year. (37338 so far, 27% - my process is different and tougher this year)

2) Finish peacock embroidery (making good progress)

3) 15 non-vacation hikes/walks with DH , around 1.5 hours (9 so far)

4) 3 non-vacation longer hikes with DH (non-Balboa-lake hikes), around 2 to 2.5 hours or longer (3 completed!!!)

4a) Add 3 more for year (4 so far!)

5) Get 20 credits towards my PMI certification (working on this) (6 so far)

6) YMCA - work up to all sets at prescribed weights for all exercises (almost there)

7) YMCA - 15 classes this year to try some different exercise, mainly Zumba - (5 so far)

8) Do 1 hour per day on treadmill (looking to increase time during a day), at least 14 times this year - (5 so far)

9) At restaurants, leave some, trying for 1/8 or more, 10 times this year (trying to get used to this) - (10 of 10 so far)

9a) increase to 30! (16 of 30 so far)

11) Conjugate French verbs using flash cards, most days (aim for 250 days of 365) - (38 so far)

12) Work on habits (being nicer to DH, pking, write, hot drinks and food)

13) Finish entering vocabulary from book

14) Use yarn Dina gave me

15) Meal less than 400 calories -- 90 times per year (54 so far)
