No PT today , so exercised on my own at the Wellness and Rehab center
Did my arm/shoulder stretches and exercises plus 6 mins on the arm bike, 10 min on the elliptical and 40 mins on the Nu-Step.
Tired, but feeling good :)

The weather is icky here so I haven't been able to go walking today. The most exercise today was housework.

Swam for 30 minutes. When the temperatures go into the high 80s and 90s, it's all I'm really motivated to do. I may take a short walk into town later when it cools down.

that's great julie! i tried an elliptical yesterday and lasted about one minute before my knee rebelled ... might need to check if i have the foot positioning right though to see if that helps at all

for today so far i've gone for a 15min walk - more to do later today

I did 10 minutes on a cross trainer elliptical machine at physical therapy today. ready for hot shower!

so far today i've done a mix of walking; upper body workout and a low impact 10 min dvd session - probably do 10 mins on my recumbant bike later as well

how about everyone else?

I find that low to moderate intensity cardio seems to work best for me. My mainstays are walking (briskly but not insane power walker pace), lap swimming, and biking. Keeps me moving without overtaxing my limited energy.
