Still pressing forward to make sure I am getting my steps in. Got almost 10,000 in yesterday. Ran out of time just as I was about to get there. Will try again today. I am also doing strength stuff throughout the day, usually in waiting moments.

I am walking at break time at least 10 minutes and doing the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds videos I found on YouTube. Getting in a 45 minute video at least 5 days a week. Starting to get some strenghth training in too.

I continue to walk daily, though most of it is in the house. I am getting at least 20 mins of cardio in walking circles and crazy 8s around several rooms. Planning to get on my exercise bike today. Still struggling to get my strength training regimen going again.

Exercise and activity are vital to helping with fibro symptoms. I don't know about you, but the heat of summer has a tendency to get to me and slow me down. I have to work at moving. Let's help one another by sharing progress through this month. Report each days activity and lets keep moving in July.
