My first thought on that is, have you done the free coach service? I will bet that in the time they give free service, they could help you set things where you can use the system and it work with your doctor's instructions.

I no longer use Spark Food Tracker as it does not fit well with my diet as prescribed by the doctor. I tried putting in what I eat and it literally told me I was off the charts and needed help. I am following a vegan/gluten free diet. Any advice there would help.

Proper nutrition is vital to healing and strength for those with FMS. So many foods exacerbate the symptoms of fibromyalgia. Getting control of our eating so we can figure out what helps and what hurts is vital. Let's begin by accounting for our nutrition. Are we getting good nutrition?

If you keep the Spark Tracker, and you should, post your nutrition values here. Be sure to tell us what your goal range is.

If you do not keep the SP food tracker, tell us what you are doing to track your nutrition and how you will report progress to us here.
