what is week 3's different goal? We didn't have one for week 2. Is anyone else doing this?

Ok so it looks like there will only be a few of us, so no need to break up into teams. The challenge will start on Monday ( week 1) and will comprise of a few different ways to earn points.

Lose 1 lb (or gain a lb if that is what you are trying to do) +3 points (per lb)
Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day in the week + 2 points
Using the nutrition tracker and hitting each of your goals (cal, fat, protein ect) +2 points
Updating you spark people status +1 point (max 3 a week)
Working out for 30 min +2 points (that means if you workout for an hour a day that's 4 points a day)
That is going to be the basis, and since it is dec and the holidays make life a little hectic there will be a different weekly goal that will be worth 5 points.

This weeks is
- do 20 squats a day- (that is in addition to your normal workouts,)

THIS starts on MONDAY!!!!! ( I know just in case Mondays arnt bad enough)
Please send me your points (and how you earned them) every Sunday! and I will be posting them in the forum (if you don't want me to post your points just say so and I wont)

also any last minute sign ups just shoot me a message. not sure what the winner will get yet, but I will figure it out!

Motivation doesn't last but neither does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily.
