So you can plan ahead for the weekend, I wanted to post both of your workouts today. Please refer to this message for both Saturday and Sunday details.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 7 (optional) is to do 3 sets (8-15 repetitions each) of Reverse Crunches. Get the demo here:
. This is a great exercise for the abs--just make sure you're using control and not momentum as you move on this one.

Your Bonus Challenge for Day 8 (optional) is to make Sunday an active day! Every little bit of lifestyle activity that you can add to your day benefits your health and helps you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. Try to find little ways to be active during the day, whether shoveling snow, skiing, cleaning the house, getting outside and walking, or playing with your kids. A good goal to aim for is about 60 minutes of light activity. Find something fun to do that doesn't feel like exercise and make a conscious effort to get off the couch and onto your feet.
