Tough one. Have you tried giving him a really GOOD goodie once he's got his meds on? Maybe once he realizes he gets the goody he'll be more willing? But it will take a bit for him to catch on.

Yes he has been to the vet. He has eczema on his lower back. Using bactine when I can catch him, but Howie is getting fast. When he see me move he runs in the opposite direction.

HELP!!! I have a little foster dog that after three months still is afraid to be touched. He had flies when he arrived but is now free of them. The problem is he has scratched himself a bald spot. He continues to scratch this spot to the point of causing sores. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I help him stop and what can I do to promote his hair growth?.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
