Tia, it's Biggest Loser Challenge...the groups signing up are people who didn't play last time. It's 12 weeks...Starts Sept. 7 and goes thru some time in November. I'll go find the link and add it if I still remember how.

This was one of our challenges yesterday in the BLC17 that is scheduled to begin 09/07...there is still time to join but it's filling up fast. We started a bootcamp for newbies today...I'm a newbie who is very out of shape.

A—Arm circles: arms out to sides, make little bitty circles for 30 seconds
B—Back: Touch your toes 10 times
C—Circles: Virtual Hula-Hoop for 30 seconds
D—Derriere: Squeeze your butt cheeks together 10 times
E—Ear to Shoulder: Neck stretches-do 5 each side
F—Flap your arms like you are trying to FLY FAR FAR AWAY—30 seconds
G—Grab: Pretend you are pulling a rope towards you hand over hand for 30 seconds
H—Heels: Click your heels together for 30 seconds and repeat, “There’s no place like home”.
I—Itty Bitty Bunny Hops for 30 seconds
J—Juggle: try to juggle 3 objects for 30 seconds
K—Kicks:30 seconds of kicking as HIGH as you can
L—Limbo: pretend to limbo under a stick for 30 seconds
M—Monkey Dance: dance around like a monkey for 30 seconds
N—Nod head: SLOWLY Nod head YES 10 times, then shake NO 10 times
O—Obliques: Standing side-bends (add a leg lift to increase difficutly) 10 each side
P—Punches: Shadow Box for 30 seconds
Q—Quick Feet: run in place like football practice (tiny, quick steps): 30 seconds
R—Rolls: Roll shoulders forwards then backwards—10 times each direction
S—Shoulders: Clap your hands over your head for 30 seconds
T—Try to kick yourself in the butt for 30 seconds (alternate legs)
U—Upstairs: step-ups or high knee march for 30 seconds
V—Virtual Jump rope for 30 seconds
W—Waggle: Shake your booty like you are a happy doggie (30 seconds)
X—X-hale: Exhale for 6 seconds, inhale for 6 seconds—repeat 6 times each
Y—Yelp: Yell Woot-Woot 5 times
Z—Zumba: Shake those hips for 30 seconds.

If there are any that you can't do, you can substitute with something else that starts with that letter, just post in your tracking thread what your substitution was. As long as it gets your heart rate up, it is good!
