Okay, so I haven't been on the boards in a couple weeks, so I've missed these posts.

I'm gonna commit to doing 30 crunches before I go to bed. They may be reverse crunches, regular crunches, crunches on or with a stability ball... I haven't decided, but I WILL do 30 of some sort of abdominal crunches before turning in for the night.

TAG! You're it! Here's the drill:

The first team member (who remembers! LOL!) each Tuesday morning will post a very quick, non-equipment exercise (and DO it, of course!) The next team member to log in reads it, does it, copies it and pastes it into a new post, adding another exercise to it. The third person does the same and so on.

Woe to those who don't check in until nine o'clock at night! LOL!
