Good suggestions Joe.

Also, drink 8 cups of water (which automatically gets logged from your Nutritian section)

Participate in the group by responding to 5 posts a week.

Be creative and post a new recipe per month that you like.

Like with anything in life, you get out what you put into it.

Greetings to all team members!

I was wondering if any others might be interested in adding some new team goals to our list. I was thinking in line with some that would be reachable for just about anyone in the group--not killer goals!

My suggestions:
Walk a minimum of 5000 steps a day.
Get a minimum of 270 minutes cardio exercise per week.

I also think we should keep track of any activity on these exercises that we do, even if we don't make that particular goal. Each of us can see concretely what we are accomplishing and where we need to work.

What do y'all think?
