Ok I have been exercising for a while but I want to increase my strength training more. I plan on doing strenth training 3x a week.

Sun- Complete body 120 mins (moved, Loaded, and stack a load of wood)
Wed- Complete Workout 60 Mins
Sat Stacked wood for about 20 mins.

Sun - no weights (need to make up on Mon evening

This challenge is for those who are just starting an exercise program. It can be used for 3 days of Strength Training, 3 days of Cardio or you can alternate between Strength & Cardio.
