Sherry if you look for Calisthenics in the cardio it will give you the amount of cal burned for it vigorous is for sit up pull up push up and that kind of stuff moderate is for other strenght exercise involving weight lifting.

Ok, I want to work out 5 days a week with Sunday and one other day off. I really want this to become a habit!

Jan 6 - 12

Sunday Day off

Monday Today I did the elliptical trainer for 60 min. Burned 540 calories.

Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday

Total calories burned last week 992! I'll do better next week.

Not a good start I'll have to exercise Saturday in order to make up for not doing any work-out on Tuesday.

Sunday: Rest

Mondays stats: 75 min.
Turbo Jam Cardio Party: 45min/405cal
Cathe basic step+body fusion upper body sculpt:20min/72cal
Stability ball abdominal workout 10min/64cal

Tuesday: Washing walls no work-out

Wednesday's stats:80 min.
Cathe Basic Step 8" 30min/240cal
Turbo Jam Ab Jam 20min/180cal
Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam :30min/270cal

As of today I'm changing my goal for exercise.
Monday,Wednesday & Friday minimum 30 min Strength training + 15 min Cardio
Tuesday & Thursday minimum 45 min Cardio
Saturday & Sunday Off

Week starting Oct. 7h/2007
Sunday: Off
