Sun - 69 min - Step Blast 30 min, Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

Mon - 64 min - Turbo Jam 3 w/turbo abs floor only

Tues 62 min - Pure Strength Legs & abs

Wed 26 min - Step & Intervals (hopefully I can get on the treadmill after dinner to increase that a bit.

Thurs 62 min - Pure Strength Back Biceps and Abs, plus High Intensity Step

Fri & Sat no exercise
