happy november, everybody! can you believe how close we are to the end of the year? as the holiday season approaches, i thought we'd keep november nice and simple.

1. choose your food plan and stick with it - 1 point/day
2. state your exercise goal and do it - 1 point/ day
3. choose your own goal that you need to work on - 1 point/day

you choose how many days for each goal, although i would suggest keeping exercise to at least 3 days a week and food to at least 5.

we'll run november 1 until thanksgiving. after thanksgiving we'll do a holiday season challenge.

good luck to everybody! (don't forget to post your starting weight)
