okay, it occurred to me that we're not doing prizes, so no need to count points. just track if you do it or not.

state and stick to your food plan

exercise of your choice (at least 10 min)

be mindful, at least 3 times each day, of what you're seeing, feeling, tasting, smelling, hearing, whatever

meditate 10 minutes

easy peasy.
it's a short month so work extra hard! emoticon emoticon
