this seems to be working, so there's no reason to change it.


Exercise: 20 minutes/5 days per week. 1 pt. per day.
Bonus: 3 points for each day beyond 5. (total possible: 11)

Food: Define your food goal and stick to it. 5 days per week. 1 pt. per day
Bonus: 3 points for each day beyond 5. (total possible: 11)

Water: 6 cups per day (every day). 1 pt. per day.
Bonus: 1 bonus point each day you go over 6 cups. (total possible: 14)

Post: Post to the Chit Chat thread/5 days per week, 1 pt. per post
Bonus: 3 points for each day beyond 5. (total possible: 11)

Get 47 points in one week, take 3 bonus points for an even 50.
200 total possible for the month.
