1) Work towards "mindfulness" on daily basis (meditation, yoga or palouse mindfulness program).

pick 3 resolutions that you expect to be permanent changes in your life. they can be anything to help improve yourself, your home, your family life, anything. it's okay if they are not all daily goals. that being said, check in daily, but score points weekly. the challenge will go from today (jan 4) through jan 31. each completed goal earns 5 points/week.
